Our Childcare, Funding & Extras

We are proud to offer Government-funded early education places for eligible families — including the 15 hours and 30 hours free childcare entitlements. These funded hours can be used with us either:

This government funding is intended to cover the early education element of your child’s time with us. It does not cover meals, extra activities, or additional services such as extra sessions or consumables.

Childcare is also available to those who need extra days or who are not eligible for funding. Our daily rate is £95.00 (excluding meals) for all ages.

To register for childcare above the funding you will be required to book a minimum of two days per week of private childcare and this will be on an all-year-round basis. We understand that there are differing working patterns so it is also possible to blend your childcare needs with eligible funding entitlements to create a bespoke package to support you.

We are here to support you, and always happy to help you understand what you are entitled to and how funding works in practice at our setting, don’t delay contact us now!

Meals & Nutrition

Children at our nursery enjoy freshly prepared meals and snacks each day, with a £12 per day meal charge applicable to all children, including those accessing funded places.

For safety reasons, we are unable to accept packed lunches. We do not have the facilities to safely store packed lunches throughout the day, and following a full risk assessment, consequently packed lunches were identified by the Food Standards Agency as not being a safe option, due to storage capacity, for our setting.

We are proud to have an in-house nursery chef who carefully plans and prepares nutritious, balanced, and delicious meals that support children’s health, wellbeing, and development.

Menus are available upon request once your child is registered.

Extracurricular Activities

From time to time, we offer extracurricular activities to enhance children’s learning and experiences. These activities may involve an additional charge, depending on the type of activity and associated costs.

Parents will always be informed well in advance if an extracurricular activity is planned, along with full details of any charges.

Participation in extracurricular activities is completely optional. If a parent chooses not to take part, their child will be supported in an equivalent alternative activity, delivered by our experienced and qualified practitioners, ensuring every child remains included, valued, and fully engaged.
